The Council has a number of rooms to rent for occassions, such as weddings, receptions, birthdays, etc.:
The Main Hall, the Lounge, the Kitchen, the Garden Room and the Board Room.

Main Hall/Ballroom
This is a large wooden floor hall that can be used for banquets and dances, or both.
Lounge
This full service lounge can accomodate parties of up to 75.
Garden Room
This is a large open room suitable for events similar to the Main Hall/Ballroom, but for smaller groups.
Board Room
This is primarily used for meetings and is similar to a corporate boardroom.

The Council 539 Home Association Board of Managers, officially known as the 'Home of Denver', is similar to a Board of Directors of a corporation and is the official owner and manager of all capital assets of the non-profit corporation,including the buildings and the parking lot adjacent to the Council buildings.

The Board is responsible for paying the expenses associated with the facilities and parking lot upkeep, ensuring the facilities have adequate insurance and security, managing and coordinating the rental of the Hall, meeting rooms, kitchen and the lounge.

The Board of Managers meets monthly at 7:00 PM on the first Monday following Coucil 539's monthly Business Meeting, which meets on the first Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held in the boardroom.

The Board consists of nine (9) members, eight (8) elected by the Council membership and the Grand Knight. Members are elected by a secret ballot of the entire membership of Council 539 annually in June. Terms are for two (2) years and are staggered to ensure continuity in the conduct of the Corporation's and the Council's business.

The Board employs one maintenance person, one facility manager and an accountant to assist it in its duties.
