The Denver Council 539 is located at the corner of Grant and Logan Streets one block West and one block North of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Denver, Colorado. Council Business Meetings are held at the Council Hall at 7:30 PM on the first Tuesday
of each month beginning with a Rosary at approximately 7:15 PM. The 4th Degree
meetings are held at the Council Hall at 7:00 PM on the fourth Tuesday of each month.
The Ladies Auxiliary meets at the same time and place as the 4th Degree monthly
business meetings, and as required.
Denver Council 539 was instituted on November 18, 1900 through the efforts of James J.
Gorman of Fall River, Massachusetts, National Organizer for the Knights of Columbus.
The Council works closely with a number of Parishes in the Denver downtown area,
providing funds for various projects, members being active participants in their parish. etc.
